Capital Letters Values

The Capital letters values were no longer reflecting the ambition of the organisation. I led the project to redesign, refresh, and embed the values through the organisation.

I started at the All Staff away day with breakout groups looking at the 7 values to rank, and suggest new values. From there a shortlist was compiled and a staff working group looked over it and fed back. I engaged with the Executive team and the Senior Leadership team to get their thoughts and a sense check before presenting the final draft to the Staff Forum.

I then worked with the Head of HR to create workable and measurable behaviours to feed into the 121 and appraisal system.

These are the designs that appeared across the intranet, and in the offices.
